Here I am at php|works 2007! Traveling here took a little longer than planned, but I was able to get here, check in, sleep, and finally register for the conference this morning. I knew I was on the right airport shuttle when I heard people talking about PHP. I also found out that the guy who gave me my tote when I registered was the guy who substituted the last day of my online course with php|architect.

Speaking of the tote, it had some nice software in it, including a Windows Server 2008 beta CD, an IIS Resource Kit CD, and a copy of the latest issue of php|architect. Quite nice!

So everything is set to kick off in less than an hour. After a small breakfast, I'll be attending a training session on Flex, followed by training on PHPUnit later this afternoon. My plan is to take the Zend PHP 5 Certification Exam later as well, but I hesitate to hope that I'll actually pass. We'll see.
